“Rehab Express” online platform and direct sales service yielded great success in 08-09. The growth in sales and net profit has exceeded 100%. With reference to sales data of direct sales service as well as the customer feedback from Cheers Gallery, from 2009 “Rehab Express” started to categorize products and client groups. They include Cancer Product, Diabetic Products, Medical Nutrition Products and Incontinence Care Products. The strategy contributes to effective merchandising and promotion of products for specific target patients.
